Introduction

The purpose of this document is to describe the requirements for parts, subparts, primitives, and texture images to be included in the LDraw.org Parts Library.

Please Note:
The LDraw.org Library Standard has evolved over time, and there may be official parts in the LDraw.org Parts Library that do not conform to these requirements. Such parts are not required to be edited and re-submitted solely for the purpose of bringing them into compliance. However, all parts submitted to or currently on the LDraw.org Parts Tracker, whether new parts or fixes to existing official parts, must conform to this standard.
