IMO the removal of those condlines are not correct. They need to be there.
File is BCF CW, so cannot be released.
In fact all files in this tyre is BFC CW, and need a rework.

Both conds must be restored.
There are some tiny gaps, where these conds had been.

So all in all - this needs an (CCW) rewrite.
