Why should this have Tile as a keyword? I think it's wrong.

A Tile have no studs on the top surface.
If there is one, or more studs on it, it's a Plate.

Tile is present on 3794a, 3794b, 15573, 18674, 34103. Some of these used to be in the tile category but moved when we changed the descriptions. Tile was added to allow for searching.

I consider those also as plates, everybody calls them jumper plates, even in german it is called AZMEP, P standing for plate

the border between plate and tile is very thin here...
designwise, this is more a 1x2 semicircular tile with a stud on top. (there is no corresponding unmodified plate)
