I've seen a review of this part. It should fit on top of a 2x2 curved slope, 15068. But I can't find it again.
There is thin collision between these parts.

It would be better to rotate it by 180 degrees around the vertical axis so that the beveled tip is normally visible in icons. Otherwise it looks too similar to 3300.

I purposly oriented it that way as it is to fit its roughly skinned cousin 3300

there is also 3049, which is using a different orientation...

Looks like there is no clear line...

* However this is higher ans the Slope Bricks 33 and goes along with:

so it is a Slope Brick _31_ and NOT _33_
