I think, it should use colour 1 instead of 9.

On the other hand - the blue is identical on the whole sticker sheets and the windows are light blue as well.

Changed description: -> Funnel is now a keword, added Blue -> Light Blue, added "on Top and Bottom" at the very end.

and some color comparisons, I agree with Magnus that this should be blue. I am willing to accept counter-evidence.

yes I know that normal blue may fit better but I used the color of the already certified parts (PT search "silja")

May I bring this point again:
The blue is identical on the whole sticker sheet and the windows are light blue as well.

I agree it's the same on the whole sheet (see above link). The blue on the sheet (per the pic referenced above) is not light blue. It's not quite blue either but it's closer to blue then light blue. This part and 191485a should be fixed.

The real question is the printed bricks. Are they using the correct shade of blue?
As it is made now, the stickers match the print.

If we change the stickers, the bricks has to be changed too. Preferably prior a release of these stickers.
If both 1 and 9 is not correct, what colour should it be?
