How about a combination of 1-4chrd/1-4ndis?

* This is poor design. Try to avoid long stretched triangles by splitting 2 14 16.952 -.25 -6.989 -17.018 -.25 -6.989 even 4 times (LDPE's Actions -> Split N-Times is your friend)

* The border has a rounding problem. Check the x and z values of:

The pattern is totally rebuilt with all the recommended fixes. (The poor design was really just lack of design. I was in a hurry and basically just left the raw img4dat output!)
