upon request from the forum, made from photographs, handle is flattened in real part

still missing outside condlines

You should merge the quads on back top. "t-junctions" across a sharp edge never causes problems.

I was misreading your comment, and thought, where did I miss a TJ?

But yes, I can do that.

Do you have recommendations on the condlines? i.e. the controlpoints? I tired to add them with CPs in line, then LDPE complains, LDView looks nice, but still they do not appear as they should...

Do you know any other part of similar surface?

Yeah, twisted surfaces don't play well with condlines. For a similar part (with similar problems!), see 43721.dat
Could be interesting to split in the middle to minimize the effect.
See also this 12 years old discussion (looks like my memory is not that bad after all!) http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/?n=5652 and more precisely http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/?n=5668

Included cond lines for the outer surface, let me know what you think.

I will then add them in the same way to the inside

I think it would even be OK with two big triangles and a single cond-line.
3 16 -10 -10 -40 -10 -10 -10 -40 6 -40
3 16 -40 6 -40 -10 -10 -10 -20 -2 -10
5 24 -40 6 -40 -10 -10 -10 -20 -2 -10 -10 -10 -40

Heartfully agree with Magnus' solution. Smoothing visually as good, no condlines artifacts.

Changed outer condlines, but arranged the triangles the other way round, looks more like the real thing

The 2 sloped top surfaces on either side nearest to the handle are supposed to be coplaner not concave like that are in this part,

@Orion, do you mean those:
3 16 10 -10 -40 40 6 -40 20 -2 -10
3 16 20 -2 -10 10 -10 -10 10 -10 -40

They can'be flat. It is actually like it looks I just checked the real part. it twists from a 38 deg to a 28 deg angle

I could subdivide those triangles, but that would make some condlines appear through the surface.

* I agree with Orion that these:

3 5 40 -10 10 10 -2 20 10 -10 10
3 5 10 -2 20 40 -10 10 40 6 40

have to be flipped:

* The tip of the windscreen is rounded see Digital Bricks file for reference. Looks also like the there is no step in the stud cavity:

* I wonder why the s02 subfile has been released? It is missing some conditionals.
