In dual moulded parts the edge line between two coulours is not needed/wanted. In this case on the inside, between the hair and the hat. >>>done
p02 should not have gold buttons on the sides. They're also black.
You should not use pearl colours in a pattern. The printed sections here are Metallic gold, code 82.>>> done (changed the name too)
Did you try to divide any of the sections into a left/right halves?
I think the rim around the hat could be divided, and reused mirrored.>>> I tried the rim but it was impossible because of the hair on the left side but I divided the top part. I asked myself the question for the badge since it is symetrical, but is it worth it for such a small subpart ?
Maybe the hair have to many edge lines? It is often better to have condlines on convex surfaces, and only have edge lines between. >>> I don't know, I'm going to wait for an other review since it seems to need a load of work.
I don't like the divided top subfile. I use the alternative config file with coloured edgelines, and it gives colour to the condlines to.
In this case, the added condlines in the "main assembly" gets the same colour as the hair.
e.g. yellow condlines on top of the blue hat, if the file is used coloured yellow.
I had issues when creating some of the condlines, and I must admit I'm never sure to add them correctly when neither LPE or Edger2manage to add them automaticaly.
Sound like like a settings issue. Are you using LETGUI, or Edger2 in LDPE?
