As we have an a version now, we need to rename 3023 to 3023b and create a moved to for 3023 to 3023b.
* Holding 'til the moveto is at the PT (though this will open Pandora's box)

because now both 3023 (obsolete) and 3023b (new) are certified, any updates here?
Please lift the hold vote.
I still think it is a Bad Idea(TM) releasing this part. It will create the same fuss as the 1x2 Jumper Plate.
