Maybe it would be time to add top/bottom window holes to 4035?

I've sent an updated version of official 4035 including holes and without stud3 as seen here:

would it help to use tri3a1.dat?
(yes I know you dont like rotated prims)

Yes, tri3a1 should be used here.

Rotation on circular primitives should be avoided. But rectlinear box and tri prims are OK to use rotated.
The problem is usually due to rounding errors, not rotation.
Deformation of the tri3a1 into a good position is possible here without a rotation.
Read more here about deformation of primitives:

No need for rotation here. Just scaling:

BTW: the "original" triangles are all differently shaped. :-/

Maybe we can create a primitive containing the 4 prisms as we have several parts in the library that could use them.
While searching for them I found out, that almost al of them are modelled (dimensions and shape) a bit different.
Are they different at the real parts as well?

No, still to short.

Why "Window 1 x 2 x 3 Train ..." when the other part is "Train Window 1 x 2 x 3" ?

No.
The "roof" of the cavity is at 66.75, so the prism need to be moved up to that level, and then made longer.
