Mmh, I see issues with the naming of the 3240bc02.dat.
3240ac02: Train Track 12V Slotted Straight Type 2 (w/o End Sleepers)
3240bc02: Train Track 12V Slotted Straight (Complete w/o End Sleepers)

First these naming problem should be solved, then I'll happily cert this file. (I don't like type 1 and 2 identifiers at all)

replaced moved-to parts.

renaming this assembly currently does not really make no sense
because it repeats the name of its main constituent file
(the central conducting rail) for consistency.
inventing a new name for that without renaming that file
(and all its variants) would create confusion.

Existing certification-votes were deleted.
