I don't think it's possible to get a clean solution with the ~10 degree circle sector at the bottom. The current one simply ignores this, by allowing a lot of T-junc and other "illegal" techniques.

IMO this should be done fully tris/quads. Also it misses the offset at the edges, which is clearly present on the real part.

why inlined everything? the contour seemed ok, the way it was done (many stacked rings) not
-> could have used ndis+chrd for the black inside (just a suggestion, not really needed) and rings for the border

For this type of pattern prim + tris usually never looks good.

I'm fine with covering a 1-20 degree segment of a circle with tris, but I think it's not solving much here.

To clarify, the main problem is the white outline, which is thin enough to notice any difference between outside and inside, if one uses more polygons than the other.
