I'd like this to have the same origin as 32559.dat

check
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptscan.cgi?q=bionicle+weapon
to compare the other, similar parts

also the orientation should be re-thought; I think all Bionicle Weapons should either be all vertically-oriented or all horizontally-oriented

As this part does not have a hole I do not know which origin you prefer.
I see this part and also 40582.dat as completely different from 32559.
I agree in orientation. That should be changed here to match 32559.
