It looks like the pattern is to small. Did you include all of the blue surrounding the sticker? Don't.

They have rounded corners.
I don't mind sharp corners, if the design is ment to blend in to the part. But here they're not. Blue surface on grey part.

The 2 short end surfaces must be perpendicular to top and bottom surface.

A good pattern is never dependant of many decimals, 2 is enough.

This is not right.
You can't have squared corners and a pattern with rounded corners. The corners are rounded.

There are gaps at all the 1-4chrd on the top surface.

This formed file should have condlines, but no edge lines.

I can understand this orientation, but the previous version was better.

Could you use normal ones who get rotated instead of stretched?
and there are still edgelines except at the corners.

i think the corner cylis here are too elongated.
(how do you know how long the sticker is around the curve?)

Something is very wrong here. The formed sticker is projected, instead of wrapped around the shape.
The length of the flat version is equal to the distance from top to bottom of the formed.
