Fixed location and description of the part.
It looks like the pattern is to small. Did you include all of the blue surrounding the sticker? Don't.

I don't mind sharp corners, if the design is ment to blend in to the part. But here they're not. Blue surface on grey part.
The 2 short end surfaces must be perpendicular to top and bottom surface.
A good pattern is never dependant of many decimals, 2 is enough.

You can't have squared corners and a pattern with rounded corners. The corners are rounded.

Could you use normal ones who get rotated instead of stretched?

Edge lines are not allowed in stickers. Only conditional lines.
also please use (rotated) cyli prims for the corners, not single quads...

Something is very wrong here. The formed sticker is projected, instead of wrapped around the shape.
The length of the flat version is equal to the distance from top to bottom of the formed.

It looks like the formed sticker has a correct length, which can only mean the flat version is to short.
