I would appreciate, if you would create a subpart of the topside and use it here and in an updated version 4586574c.
Subpart: white arrow with black borders and main coloured area around.

I think about subparting all 3 colours to cover all variants of this sticker...
there are also some which are just two-coloured, should the rim then be coloured like the arrow or the outside?
or should these use another template?

You'll need three subs:

s01 - Sticker surface with no arrow
s02 - Arrow with border
s03 - Arrow without border

looking a the pics I'd say that the size of the arrow without border is the size of the arrow+border. No arrow with border has been printed after 2011 so I'd say it is safe to model s02 with a black border.

No, let's use the existing files, just combine the border and the inside of the arrow with the same colour, this should be good for 4150pb142. Sizewise is it ok?

For me, it doesn't, the files are flexible in this way, and just a few more vertices.
