This set of stickers is a print on metallized plastic, making the silver look more like chrome.

Yes, you are right and the silver color itself is the same as 4650854h (mirror) and using identical color is reasonable.
But, I have followed the color regulation in https://www.ldraw.org/article/512.html#colours
The silver in this part is only a decoration and should be applied metallic colors,
while that in 4650854h is functional enough for an exception of that rule.
