Near the bit where the axle meets the main part, in where there's that cutout at the slope, the cutout doesn't 'instanty' go inwards but rather goes a tad towards the pinholes and then closes into the inner surface.
The same area is missing two edgelines (hold reason)
Also IMHO the ballholder should be inlined. Each limb piece has its own one... and IMHO the "w. Two Ball Joints" can be removed from the title.

Orientation mismatches with 32173.dat. As it is the only official part of this kind, its orientation should be preserved in other parts.

As I do not understand what you are claiming please correct this part but leave the "ballholder" like it is, as it can be reused!

Agreed, Orientation has to change and two edgelines missing. Will do that.
Orientation should be changed 180 degrees on the Z axis.
What comes to those missing edgelines, that bit should be extruded a little bit towards the pinholes.

If we would go with your suggestion, then IMHO the origin itself has to be at the pinhole. I don't like that idea.
