All other similar parts use "Limb". They never use "Arm", nor "Leg".
The dimensions are wrong. This one is 7 long. There is no offset between first and last connection point/ball, so a single 7 is enough.

I agree. "Technic" is not a valid keyword on Constraction parts. It should be avoided.
