I know that DATHeader gives a red signal for such an error. But DATHeader was never ment to be a vote helper. If you get a green light you have a good change to get the votes you want (certify) but its not a guarantee. Also the other way do not rely too much on DATHeader for your vote. If DATHeader give red signal you should decide, based on the informations given, whether the mentioned error is worth to hold a file. As we changed the "0" comment line rules more than one time I would never hold for such a reason. I ask you to follow also this silent agreement. Otherwise you can hold at minimum half of the library.
