No, I don't agree. Orientation is correct.
This one is placed on the short side of a regular 1x2 brick.

The orientation depends on the pattern, NOT how it is positioned on a brick or even worse on the sticker sheet.

This one can be applied vertically as well as horizontal. You cannot tell from looking at it and therefore it should be oriented as the majority of stickers where the X value is greater that Z.

"The orientation depends on the pattern" and the quote in the forum says:
"should be oriented "such that the top of the pattern aligns with the +Z axis.""

The top of this pattern is on the short side of this sticker. Orientation is correct.
