I find that rule incomprehensible.
We should either allow all sticker shortcuts, or only allow stickers in a difficult to find, rotated position.
There's no difference in skill level required to add a formed sticker on a curved surface, than a flat sticker on xyz axis.

Furthermore, omitting some shortcuts will only make the user confused.
"Why are not all parts with stickers in the library? The set is incomplete."
