Here's one mercyless reviewer ;)
- Missing condlines between the spoke subparts
- Missing edge lines where the spoke subparts meet the axlehole hub.
I like the way you increased resolution of outer rim!

Wondering also for condlines at the base of the spokes. Facets angle make me think that an edge line would be better there...

.found also an bfc error....and changed the Subpart into 2 Halfs.
I guess that is better...leads to zero tjunctions

I don't see the benefit of this ??? This parts yields cleanly to a 7x symmetry.

Yes, but I really prefer to maximize reuse of subparts. Can be important to minimize rendering time.
