Fixed errors and redraw stjcker
I think you got the dimensions wrong.
It is now 35.361 x 36.009 ldu. If you make it 36x36 ldu, then the description should be 1.8 x 1.8. It should fit a 2x2 tile/slope. Right?
When I look at this print I see a Red nr1 on a Blue panel on a Yellow background. Not a blue background.
There are some gaps along two of the sides.

Here is a good tool that will help you shape the formed sticker.

The former shape 11477 will give your sticker the correct shape, but it might still need some cleaning. The top surface should still be 0.25 ldu above the part.

This pattern is too small.
Photos of the real part doesnt show a black border around the yellow background, hence the print is too small.

The black border around each of the stickers should not be included. If you look close at this image there's a thin, vague line on the blue, red and grey design.
It is the cut line from the tool in the manufacturing of the sticker. That's the outer edge of the sticker and should fit the backside box dimensions.

The orientation is wrong. It should be like the other four stickers.
(But it's OK to have the formed sticker upside down, since the matching brick is orientated like it is, and the placement of the sticker is like it is.)
IMHO it is better to not subfile the pattern surface. It will simplify the flat sticker and avoid tiny overlapping.
But a common, reused backside subfile is good practice. All 5 sticker have the same size.

Sorry, apparently I wasn't as clear as I should have been. I was talking about the overall size. This is not a 1.8x1.8 square sticker but taller as the rest.

If the formed version is 1.8 x 1.8 why is this file 1.9 x 1.8 then?
Harmonized height. Rewrote formed sticker from scratch. Added shortcut slope+formed sticker.
