Lots of unmatched edges, due to different numbers of decimals used to resize primitives.
Like here:

And then all the triangles and quads use 3 decimals.
First make sure the primitives use the same amount of decimals.
Then reduce the decimals on the tri/quads. 1 or 2 is enough on a "simple" pattern, like this.
Then use Unificator and snap vertices to subfiles.
Like here:
