I think the origin should be at top stud level.

Is it correct that the hollow studs and the solid studs, on the bottom surface, have different orientation?
Is it correct that the thickness is only 7 ldu, and not 8? The bottom is 4 ldu thick and the ribs is 3 ldu high = 7 ldu

-> No,...change in s01 file

-> thickness it correct, to fit the system, need to check the ribs again

No, if you keep this orientation it should move 4 ldu on y-axis.
