You should use connhole instead of peghole+cyli+ring8. Simpler, and automatic inherited connectivity in LDCad

swapped pegholes for a connhole

that was an artefact of inlining the 3L Beam

Looks like there is a dimensional issue (collision), here is a snapshot sent to me by Alfred Schmitz:

You made me quickly build the relevant section :-)

My findings:
If Albert has a collision issue there, there is a mistake in the model.

Part 32039 (Axle Connector with Axle Hole) is mounted there with Part 32209 (Axle 5.5 with Stop) which gives it an offset of half a unit, avoiding the Blade. So that end is fine.

HOWEVER:
When building the section, I found out that the blade is slightly bent. That is actually a clever design decision. If the blade would be straight, it would block the opposite axlehole and you need to use a bit of force to move it out of the way to but the flex-axle in.
But because it is has a minuscule bent, this bent makes the tip avoid the opposite axlehole just to let the felx-axle go in.

So I need to introduce this modification. You wont notice when you hold the part!

Very clever move by the part designer...

Yes, Alfred confirmed he made a mistake in the model. At least it was useful to find the subtle bending ;)

After looking again at Sariel's video I'm convinced that this part is not slightly bent, but simply quite flexible.

I propose to keep this straight version and make two -fx bent versions (left and right of car!!!). They can be done easily from existing barely modified subpart using slant (slanting may need to be tuned more finely)

For this sheme to work you need to use a 32523 in main part and get rid of (needlessly complex!) beam intersection in subpart.
