How do you get to these dimensions? I get: Tyre 29/ 64 x 43 R Tractor

I'm afraid to stand on my figures (given some rounding). I measure a max tyre width of 86ldu = 34.4mm, close enough to 35 which is "official" LEGO width (81 x 35 R) and a height of 47ldu -> 47/86*100= 55%. Or there's something I haven't yet understood in that pesky nomenclature ;)
