Orientation, shall it be along the liftarms or like the panels...

Either works... OK with beam naming+beam orientation. Nonetheless:
- Panel keyword?
- Erings around axlehole?

Yes, an ering around the axle hole would be nice.
I would prefer an orientation like 32250.dat.

Orientation is the same....

I don't get you, origin is at the corner axle hole at both parts

* I agree with Max on the ering.
* Some T-Junk should be fixed.
* Has rounding issues (example):

2 11 24.365 -2 15.9715 24.365 -2 15.971
2 11 6.3639 -10 13.6361 6.36 -10 13.64

I didn't know that the part was not finished, so I just replaced the wrong color.
No idea what, I should do how, so have removed some T-junks that were obvious to me.
For deeper optimizations I have too little experience and idea which tools I should/can use best.
Am grateful for any help.

Perhaps I could have saved the two narrow strips and thus accepted 4 T-Junc. Everyone has their own point of view. It's like a Lego model. It's never finished, because there's always something to find and improve. For my part, I have done my best, changes, improvements,... from other authors are welcome and can be changed.
