I spotted it in a few of the pre-released images and had it basically ready, just needed the number :-)

Not broken by npeghole overhaul
I can see some errors and improvements in this parts, and are now reworking the new subfile into the other 2 parts, from which it came.
Moved a connhole to the subfile. And removed duplicated primitives.
The other two parts that can use the subfile from Gerald are in the mail.
Existing certification-votes were deleted.
