The renaming is by a script, but it doesn't add the !HISTORY line. I (mis)type that myself, when needed.

For further investigation: BL says that the longer axle is 4.5 Studs...If I trust the image at BL, this could be correct.
Is anybody here, who own some ZNAP models?

I have this and measure the long axle at 96LDu - 4.8 studs

Ok, now we have to decide, what to do.
I would suggest restore the original content in the 'moved to' and made this not moved to but obsolete.
Due to the know number, we should check this part for other mismatches and release this as a 'new' one...

Sorry, but that is not correct.
The long end needs to be updated if the dimensions are not correct modeled. But this will not effect the main part.
There is only this one part in this style and it does not make sense to have it twice as this is mainly used for inventories.
So please wait for my investigation.

Just another thing: Is this really a solid colour DarkGrey? Or is that the point, where we need a new colour in LDConfig.ldr?

Like our todays definitions this is not solid dark grey. It is instead a spring. Now that this file is on the pt again, we should get more in detail.

* The part itself is fine. Mike remeasured it: Overall lenght 205 mm, Lenght spring 136 mm, diameter spring 2,9 mm

* Corrected axle lenght of u9010 - Technic Axle Flexible 26 Axle - 4.8L End and sent to admin for proxy

Why does the middle have the color hardcoded?

because its a metallic spring and the ends are plastic...
the ends are only availiable in white and the spring has a dark gray cover (and such combined parts have one part hardcoded and the rest in 16).
maybe add Bricklink Keyword x334c01?
