This is also "without Bar" so why don't you call it: "Brick 3 x 3 x 1 Corner Round with Dome Top without Stud and Bar" ;-)
IMHO the "without Stud" should be removed.

We discussed the difference between a Plate and Tile, and came to the conclusion that the Tile only, have no studs.
Is it still a Brick it it has no top studs?

When I named it, I had this in mind https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/49612.dat

For me a Tile is flat. so the Rebrickable name is pretty good: Brick Curved 3 x 3 x 1 Quarter Circle, but does not describe the surface.

BL did not name it yet.

"Brick [dimension] Corner Round [qualifier]" seems to be the most frequently used description.
