Maybe the description need some polish. The part is 3 studs long, and the bar is only 1L. And I don't like the comma.

The similar part 6628 is called "Technic Pin Towball with Friction", but I don't like that description.
It's unclear if the Friction is on the Pin or the Ball.

What about: "Technic Pin with Friction and Towball" for the existing one and:
"Technic Pin with Friction and Towball 3L with Bar in between" or just "Technic Pin with Friction and Towball on 1L Bar"
