The orientation (portrait rectangle) is correct for modeling, while this piece is placed landscape in the sticker sheet only due to space limitations.

Following the logic of how it is used in a set it wouldn't be oriented on the x-z plane but vertical. Has to be oriented as all the other rectangular sticker or danger stripes such as:

169685a.dat, 196695c.dat, 6155286i.dat ...

As almost all stickers in the library are rotated by 90 degrees compared to this one, I would like to see it rotated as well.
