What makes this a Tile?
IMO, the description should be "Plate 4 x 8 Inverted with Groove"
11203 is official as "Plate 2 x 2 Inverted with Groove"

Remember: If studs on top, it's a Plate.

but then, what makes it an inverted plate?

it could be a
Tile, Bottom
Rebrickable calls it Tile, Special
Plate with flat bottom

The already official part of this type is a Plate. If we want to deviate from that, a discussion needs to happen.

I could accept this as a Tile, but only if we also flip it, and 11203, upside down.
But the currect orientation is dictated by another rule that state that the stud has to be on the top surface.
If/when these flat parts gets printed no one will ever see it since it will end up on the bottom surface.

concerning such printed parts, where there are already some available (2x2) I had the suggestion to render them upside down and present the picture with an icon that shows the rotated orientation.

We do have a similar approach already with the panel 4215a, where the rendering is done different than the other parts

Since all the other sites call this "Tile X x X Inverted", I feel we should too.

Per forum discussion this will remain as "Tile". Additionally, the orientation is consistent with 35459 and 11203 and should not change.

Retracting the Hold vote, and maybe we should remove the "with Groove".
