I would like to certify, but the 4.5V needs a leading whitespace IMHO.
As requested by Mike, added a space before the 4.5 in title.
To make that possible, I had to rename the assemblies of this part
from "(Complete Assembly)" to "(Complete)". As that's still descriptive enough, I find this no loss.
Existing certification-votes were deleted.

looks like the common geometry subpart of the sleeper subpart is still broken (thats a subpart error, not the main part...)
