I do not have detailled information how this part differs from the ...a variant. Alex Taylor (anathema) maybe has.

As requested by Mike, added a space before the 4.5 in title.
To make that possible, I had to rename the assemblies of this part
from "(Complete Assembly)" to "(Complete)". As that's still descriptive enough, I find this no loss.

Existing certification-votes were deleted.
