just checked my part: the slots on the pin dont go to the base, its more like m_plug (without the rear things)...
the base is even protruding a bit.

The moved, loose edge prims gets coloured yellow, if I use this part coloured yellow.

does it work with grey? (this part only exists in old grey)

Just measured it again: it has 6,2mm long pins but the slots are only 5mm (the rest is smooth) and the base diameter is 4,6mm (the ring3 around the pin should be replaced with a ring2 and we need to add a 2ldu cyli between it and the plug34).
Maybe we should even move the pins to 990c (the electrics part)...

The loose edge prims must be included in the electric pins to get the correct metal colour.

Are the metal pins moulded into the plastic cover or loose and removable from the cover, integrated in the pcb board?

very hard to say without opening it...
I would guess they are not moulded in, rather screwed in. (I can wiggle them)

I'd say they are moulded into the plastic.

hm, even when they stay together the ring is too small...
But I would say they are not initially moulded together, rather riveted in (thermic rivet from the plastic part)

Doesn't matter how they did it. Only that the metallic pins are an integrated part of this half. Should not be moved to the pcb.
