At Bricklink there's at least five different versions of this part. Maybe more.

I'm working on these. How should I number them?
This version:

One very similar, but with triangular side supports:
https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/EXTN/23087.png
One without side supports, and with a thinner/lower bottom cross:
https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/EXTN/3046.png
One with bottom studs and a single cross:
https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/PL/700ed.png
One with bottom studs and two crosses:
https://img.bricklink.com/ItemImage/PN/6/700ed2.png
Should they all be different versions of u8010, or some other grouping?
I'm thinking those with bottom studs should use a different number.

I think only the 2 versions with side supports should be variants of u8010, as this denotes Mursten-era parts. I think the low-cross support variant was introduced in 1958, the era of modern tube-bottom bricks.
Also I believe this and later variants should use a different subpart with stud logos. u8010 and u8010b would have no stud logos. (The underside logo for u8010b is now modeled as a primitive, by the way. It's logo-lego-6.)
