This file should be renumbered as 11391p03c01, along with related files.
The friends boy torso u9210's proper part number is 11391.

In Lego Builder app the friends boy torso (at least from latest available sets) has Design ID 1006334 and Philo recently submitted it on PT: (https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/35152).
For Brisckset or Rebrickable the Design ID is 11408.
Also 11391 can be downloaded from Digital bricks (https://www.digital-bricks.de/en/file.php?part=11391) and its geometry is similar to the 1006334.
Therefore IMHO we should go with 1006334, however geometry of u9210 (https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/15858) is different so all derived patterns would need to be adapted to 1006334

I think we should keep current u9210 (possibly renamed). 1006334 is different (double injection). u9210 has some slight size errors because at the time I made it using my (somewhat imprecise) laser 3D-scanner. The new mold is a good opportunity to switch to perfect geometry while keeping legacy patterns. Since the figures don't depend on LEGO grid, minor imprecisions are not of utmost importance.

"For Brisckset or Rebrickable the Design ID is 11408."
11408 is the name of the shortcut torso+arms, while 11391 is the mold of the torso only.
