Might you be able to use a box2-5 in the section with the stud3?

Like 3504, top edge should match the slope of 4515 part (see NewE link at bottom), while still fitting a 45° slope at the base. 3 solutions: make the tip a bit wider, make the base lip slightly trapezoidal (higher towards the tip), or make the sloped side non planar. Or a mix of these options!

I tested the first two solutions I suggested above, it seems that thickening the bit is the less visible solution.
