thats a standard rect, nothing to complain here, doesnt cause errors
(the rotated cyl prims cause more gaps)

As mentioned by Jeff, The tip has dimples on it on half of the surface, I don't think they are mould marks since they are modelled in the raw part. So that part needs a second sub part for those quarters.

I agree with Philo. This is an organic shape, we're not looking for pinpoint accuracy. If it's not modeled by the PI mesh, as long is it mostly close then it's fine.
