First I thought this is an alias of 3660, but then I saw it isn't. We need this new variant.
Now there are 3 versions of this part. Is it possible to make a common subfile, shared betwen all three designs?

Not really, there are some little differences. We can do a subpart in common just between 3660b and 76959.

It seems really odd to have naming of "hollow bottom tube", and not have the tube actually be hollow. Additionally, that hollow stud3 is the visual clue that makes 76959 user-discernable from other elements in this family. Having it missing looks like an error.
Agreed that if "hollow" appears in the name, it should be included in the part, also as it's a distinguishing characteristic of this mold version. On the other hand, true, we don't usually model hollow pins. I kind of wish we did, but then we'd have to revise many, many parts to be consistent.
But in any event, we do need a variant with a *round* underside pin *and* the internal bar stopper, and the name should reflect this.

I still don't understand why bottom stud should be drilled on this specific part while a gazillion of other parts are (and this is a good thing!) not drilled.
Removed hollow bottom pin.

Name should include "with Inner Stopper Ring" (to match 3660b) and "without Front Face" (as this is the subpart). Also 3660b should probably be renamed to reflect the flat pin.
