Shouldn't the origin be in the handle, in the bottom, since this is a handheld accessory?

I think I would place the origin in the middle of the bottom cylinder,

or a !HELP line how to place in a Minifig hand (both ways, upper and lower cylinder)...

will this part be more common in the future? if not, we could add the set ref (now its used only once).

As Magnus wrote, the origin should be the part gripped by the minifig hand, i.e. the bottom cylinder.
