This misses the internal fillets.

Just a thought, should this go towards 48 divisions and inlined Tori on the outside in case of printed parts?
will look better

PS: why is the filstud2.dat rotated by 22.5 deg

Don't think we have thought much about the correctness of the position of the 3 ribbed stud filler either.
Or the position compaired to front or back side pattern.

Don't think it matters here either. Think it would be ok to have it offset.

The two heads I own , have their print exaclty along the centre line between the two small holes

Being the author of prim filstud2 I can tell that the only reason it was designed like this was because it was based on 33492s01 which has the same rotation.

It is only used by 28621 for now and looking at patterns it looks like for that part the print is not necessarily along the centre line between the two small holes:

There is a cylinder inside that slightly overlaps the stud4.

why did you move the edgeline here? the bottom torus is tangential, no need for the edgeline...

To remove the unnecessary edgeline simply delete the last line:
1 16 0 32 0 14 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 14 4-4edge.dat

there are no backprints for this part should the back torus and cyli be part of the subpart?
