You need to add complementary condlines here:

The condlines included in the cyli primitives have a controlpoint outside the part structure.

Maybe some of the very short edges could be eliminated?

You still have the same problem on the bottom surface.
It would be better to slice the long cyli's like a loaf of bread.

no, the 3-8 has a controlpoint on the bottom...
and that way the top doesnt has a abrupt stop between cyli (gets prim substituted to hires) and the area around that vertical hole (doesnt get prim substituted), at least not lengthwise where that could cause gaps.
