I think the orientation of the stud might be wrong. Guess the logo should be horizontal.

cgi images, and the ldd download, show a different inside of the skull.

The ldd model has some edgelines on the side of the skull that I think are missing.
The hole at the top of the skull should be able to fit a standard bar, it is too small to do so now
Due to the reasons above. The skull is not correct.

That was indeed a concern, should it be able to hold a axle, bar or both? I took the technic brick with axle hole as example, it has the same issue with a bar

Now i tested it, it can hold the axle of a brick separator, but that is a smaller axle.

dont know if im stupid but
the hole at the top of the skull doesnt seem too small for the bar
maybe add ninjago djinn blade and sets ref keywords
and maybe add a help line for placing angle of the axe head (53454)

subfile was updated with the fix to hold the bar, removing hold
I think the stud should be rotated, to have the logo horizontal.
