Part changed, now "Maybe something like npeghol20 should be used?" as recommended by Magnus Forsberg.
Npeghol20 only has the required design on one side, so unfortunately I couldn't use it. Created new npeghole21, which is identical to npeghol20 except for the deleted npeghol8.

Better now.
But I must admit that I dont remember the s03. Think it now looks like it could be useful.
The same code is used 6 times in this part/files.

I think it should be rotated by 90 deg to be in line with the other frames, e.g. 79767 or 64178

IMHO the word "Frame" should be removed. It's not used in any Ldraw description of similar beams. May be a Keyword?
The description need to be adapted to the new orientaion. Technic Beam follow this standard: Z x X , where Z is always bigger than X.
The quarter subfile could be rotated 90 degrees too.
The bar could be subfiled too. But works like it's made now. Doesn't need 9 decimals.

Thanks to Magnus's good tips, a much easier variant of the bars now. The .s04 is no longer necessary, the bars are again directly in the part.
