Maybe this could be reworked to use hi-res on the outer ring?

Maybe you can get the inside of the outer ring to work too?
The added 48\4-4aring doesn't work.
The added 48\4-4aring doesn't work.
Fixed issues with gaps between faces and primitives on the inside.
Update ring primitives via script. This will not reset the vote status of the part.
