you could replace some rect prims with box prims (but thats optional)
4-4cylo + 4-4disc are misplaced by few LDUs
Well, actually this is the whole model except the 4-4cylo and 4-4disc that must be translated by 2 LDUs
Moved part by 2LDU except bottom cylinder and disc

Hope the overlaps are gone now, maybe forgot to save. Changed the box prims to get rid of the extra vertices, also changed some prims in the main file to boxes

you could remove that inside rect in the subpart and use an inverted box5 here
also please use a stud3.dat as center understud...
the front top stud doesnt need to be cut out at the base (with ndis), just place it on a flat plane
has the bottom hole under the front stud any use or is it just decorative? (if it stays, could use cylc)

Added box5 in main file, used stud3 for underside
