What makes this an Animal head?
The only other Minecraft head in the Animal category is:
20308, Animal Head Cuboid
An other head is in the Plate category, as:
19727, Plate 1 x 2 with Cube
How about 86879, Animal Axolotl Body. Animal or Plate?
Don't we have any more? Where should they be sorted?

What makes this an Animal head?
To me, this is a "Plate 1 x 1 with Cubes". It might become a Chicken when the pattern is added.
